Um...people who are sick and tired of hearing about my exercise plans? You'll probably like to skip this.
I ran again today and I was finally, finally able to find that perfect pace I remember from the time when I had stamina. The one that makes you think you could keep going forever and ever without panting for breath. I mean, yes, it was starting to rain and getting dark, so I had more incentive than usual, but still.
Yay! I guess.
Anyway, motivation and optimism and I have tentative plans to buy new running shoes. The ones I have are old and I really don't wanna fuck up my joints.

I can only run for as long as my shins don't collapse, which is not long enough to get me fit.
15 more essays and then Monday night and martial arts. My back will be in heaven.
