I just went for a run and I was panting and sweaty in ten minutes, which is not fun, at least in this particular situation.

Plan: For the next two weeks, I want to run about three kilometres a day. There, I said it. This means commitment! Oh, whom am I kidding?

Anyway, I need energetic, triumphing, gonna-kick-their-asses music. Suggestions? MP3s?

In return, here's the absolute classic when it comes to this kind of music: Bill Conti - Rocky theme Thaaat's right! :D

I ran with Die Toten Hosen & Grönemeyer on my iPAQ. *g* Worked freakishly well!

Hm. I'm more a fan of Die Ärzte, but I see where you're coming from. *g*

So I meant to reply to this post previously, but I completely forgot about it till now ...

Some good exercisey (I'm sure that's a word!) music (some of it is pretty old, but they're songs that I often exercise to):

Arctic Monkeys - I bet that you look good on the dancefloor
Four Star Mary - Pain
Foo Fighters - All my life
Hives - Hate to say I told you so
Muse - Hysteria
Queens of the Stoneage - No one knows
No Doubt - Hella good
Andrew W.K. - Party hard
Rob Zombie - Dragula
Marilyn Manson - This is the new shit
Prodigy - Breathe
The Vines - Get Free

Anyway, let me know if any of these interest you, and I'll upload them for you.

Ohhh, wonderful. I have Arctic Monkeys, Queens of the Stoneage, No Doubt and Prodigy, so if you could upload any of the other songs that'd be great. Maybe...three of them? I don't want to be greedy. :)
