Was this review helpful to you?

Would I like to be totally spoiled for the climatic scene? No. Do I want to know that the aforementioned climatic scene made you sick? No. Am I of the opinion that you should be allowed to submit your two sentence review to Amazon? No.

In conlusion: No.

If that was me, I'm really sorry. I...didn't think. oops.

Whu? *blinks*
No, no, I was ranting about a review on Amazon.

Sorry about the double comment, I loathe typos.

ah, okay, good. But I did go back and cut tag my last post just in case. Which I should have done to begin with but you know how it is when the Rant Mode gets switched on, all other considerations just fall by the wayside. *g*

Hmm? What, where, why?

Also, that sucks.

Thank you! It makes my throat close up, such is the wave of lustlove I feel every time I gaze at it. (Did you see my GIP post?)

I did, but I was in a hurry and therefore just skimming and not commenting.

Oh, that's fine! I wasn't checking, just asking.

auburnnothenna: You do realise we spent almost an hour talking about how hot Sheppard is?
monanotlisa: Why, now that you mention it...yes. But really, isn't he?
auburnnothenna: God, yes. Totally.

She & I are such sad fangirls.

[identity profile] dar-jeeling.livejournal.com 2006-03-08 04:06 pm (UTC)(link)
I wasn't being defensive, just telling you. ;)

God, yes. Totally. And thus, another hour was spent.
I've been looking around, trying to find appealing Shep icons, but somehow I always end up with another icon of McKay/Hewlett.

Man, the dangers of the internet, or any written communication. Did you see the research results analysing comprehension difficulties and misunderstandings in this medium without undertones and overtones and indeed, if you don't count notification beeps, no tone at all? & ;-)

And thus, another hour was spent.

I see you understand us. *g*

I always end up with another icon of McKay/Hewlett

Ah, but I've found I have to be careful -- proper cropping, nice lighting and such in order to have him look as good as he can look, whereas Sheppard/Flanigan just icon like a dream...

Hee. Truly dangerous, yes.
I read something along the same lines some time ago. I vaguely remember the article discussed emoticons and how they can be used to express irony/sarcasm/etc.

Crop, autocontrast, sharpen. Hm, yes, looks finished. Oh, Flanigan, you pretty, pretty thing.

Do I wanna know which book/movie this was about? Yes.

That totally sucks, btw. Sorry.

Augh! That really sucks ...

It actually frightens me how stupid/self involved some people are ... how could that person possibly have thought it was a good idea to completely ruin a major scene, without at least giving a warning of the possible spoiler?? Stupid people.

The worst thing is that she could've stated her opinion just as well without spoiling the book. Bah.
