Inertia creeps

Zomg, so laaazy today. I feel like my brain is mush.
Getting dressed and presentable seems like so much work, but I have to because I'll meet with a few friends to check out the new sushi place.
Why does the level of laziness increase proportionally to the level of urgency with which you should do something? If I were one of the seven deadly sins, I'd be Sloth. Or possibly Gluttony.
Right. Going offline now, or else I'll be trying to brush my hair and frantically searching for my shoes at the same time.
